Why Travel With Edventures?
Since 1999 our focus has been to offer fun educational trips worldwide. When friends sharing a passion create a business, magic happens. Whether gliding in a hot air balloon over the Valley of the Kings in Egypt or snapping pics of the more than seven million tulips blooming in Holland in springtime, two friends named Mary have worked passionately so you can kick back, relax and watch how your travel dreams really do come true.
Meeting at an Ivy League university in New York as colleagues, it’s decades later and we are not only best friends, we are the best of business partners. A woman-owned and operated company, we plan bespoke trips where learning is key and having fun is the goal. Most trips feature a theme whether it's art, culture, culinary, garden exploration or wineries and we do our best to keep the tour quality top-notch and the prices reasonable. We work with the best tour managers and destination guides in the business. We include gratuities, many meals and offer the best hotels in great locations. We partner with nonprofit organizations in an effort to “give back” and in twenty-six years we have donated over $100,000 in contributions to various causes. Our trips are planned in spring and fall when key destinations are less crowded and prices reflect shoulder season.
When not working hard on planning the next trips, you might catch Mary Huber boarding a train to Manhattan to the opera or Mary Rachun creating fairie gardens with her two young grandsons. We invite you to join our travel family. Don’t miss out on making incredible travel memories to last a lifetime!
